From the time of my interview with Rick Milburn, I knew that the addition we were planning to our home was in good hands. I had interviewed other contractors before meeting Rick, and he was, by far, the one I felt best about. I knew he would stay close to the job and be on the jobsite everyday...and I was absolutely right about that.
Rick Milburn and Solar Knights Construction have worked on various construction projects for Antinori California over the last 7 years. Rick has assisted us with remodeling an old farm house located on the wine estate, to constructing the Antinori Family’s Napa Valley residence, to overseeing construction modifications to our winery.
The thought of starting a construction project makes the majority of people cringe with concern and I certainly was part of that group until I started working with Rick Milburn. Rick has done three major remodels and one new home build for me and that alone should suggest the level of professionalism he generates and the enormous amount of trust I have in his abilities.
With a lifelong interest in high quality workmanship, I felt the need to do all phases of substantial renovations on three houses without contractors or 'subs'. Now, thirty five years later, I've found a person who does excellent work and is very capable, honest, and conscientious.
We chose Rick to build our dream home after interviewing a number of builders; we know many in the area and some you might call the 'builders to the stars'. Rick had integrity and it showed in the homes we were shown and the comments from the other home owners that had used him verified that.
Having made the decision to install solar panels in our backyard, we entered into a contract with Mr. Milburn of Solar Knights Construction. Mr. Milburn had explained to our satisfaction the benefits of solar energy and what the expected savings would be in our case.
